T’was the Night Before Christmas

This Christmas we invite you to embark on a unique and enchanting journey through the magical realm of Croxteth Hall.

It’s the night before Christmas and a very special visitor is due to arrive.  There’s lots to do before Santa arrive.

The Robins need to sort all the Christmas letters and the Mice are behind on organising Christmas wishes.  How is Santa going to know who has wished for what?

Your help is needed!

Join us on an interactive journey woven through the house, meeting charmed characters and ensuring everything is ready for the arrival of the guest of honour – Father Christmas himself!

This spellbinding festive adventure ends with an opportunity to meet Father Christmas, tell him your Christmas wish, take photographs and receive a gift.

RELAXED SESSIONS

Friendly elves, colourful lights and loud audiences is the perfect environment for many at Christmas time, however, for some, it can be an overwhelming experience.

This experience is appropriate for children with sensory conditions, are neurodiverse or on the autistic spectrum, as well as other additional needs.

Early morning sessions are to ensure waiting times are minimal, the sound and lighting will be adjusted, and the story will be communicated in advance, to support families expectations.

22nd December – 09:30, 09:45

Our events often sell out in advance, so this isn’t always an option. Book online and book early is our advice to avoid being dissapointed.

I can’t find my ticket?

The email confirmation from your booking is your ticket.  Bring your phone with the email or print them out and when you arrive, well can it.  If you haven’t had an email, double check the email address linked to the bank account you used when making your booking.  Failing that, please email [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.

What if I’m late?

Whilst we will do everything within our power to accommodate latecomers, entry to the experience is not guaranteed.

If you set up an account when booking tickets, you will have the option to re-print your tickets should you mislay them.

I’ve not received confirmation of my booking?

Confirmation of your ticket purchase will be emailed to you shortly after you’ve completed your transaction.  If you are the ticket buyer and haven’t received your booking confirmation, it may be the case that you have typed in your email address incorrectly on your order.
