Volunteering

If you are interested in volunteering at Croxteth Hall and Country Park or bringing volunteers to help, please contact us.

We have a number of incredible volunteer groups who are already active supporters of Croxteth Hall and Country Park so you may wish to find out about these groups via their contacts below.

Croxteth Park Volunteer Group

Croxteth Park Volunteer Group’s aim is to help restore the Grade II listed Kennels, whilst working to record biodiversity across the park being true to our conservation principles. The volunteer group aims to contribute to providing a legacy for future generations so they can also enjoy the natural environment across all 500 acres of park and woodlands. You can follow the group on Twitter @cpvolgroup and on Instagram.

Croxteth Hall Heritage Volunteers

The Heritage Volunteers are based in Croxteth Hall and help bring the past to life, providing information and guiding visitors on our tours. They assist with schools and group visits too, as well as researching the rich history of The Hall, the Molyneux family, and the tenants of the historic estate.

For further information about Croxteth Hall Heritage Volunteers or to join, please contact us.

Walled Garden Volunteers

The Walled Garden volunteers help us maintain our historic Victorian Walled Garden and botanical collection for generations to come. At one time, there were 30 gardeners maintaining the walled garden when the Molyneux family lived at the great Hall. If you would like to volunteer with the team and work alongside our Head Gardener in caring for our living heritage, please contact us.
